Important: While IMMIX has the largest integration library in the industry, not every proprietary or new system is supported. To find out if your system is supported, please enquire with our team.
If your system isn’t natively integrated, we can often connect through standards-based protocols such as RTSP or ONVIF. In these cases, our technical team can review your system’s streams, just provide the details and we’ll assess compatibility.

Most CCTV systems can be onboarded virtually.
We’ll guide you step by step:
- Gather system information (make/model, IP addresses, login credentials)
- Configure secure IMMIX integration
- Test triggers and alerts
- Go live with operator monitoring

How Events Are Triggered
Important: Depending on the software capability, with built in AI and alarm capabilities we are able to conduct a smooth transition of AI and alarm monitoring capabilities.
– With built-in camera AI: Movement types (e.g. person/vehicle) trigger events directly in IMMIX.
– Without built-in AI: IMMIX integrates with partner AI tools that analyse streams in real time.
What happens next:
- An event is raised in IMMIX.
- An operator reviews both the recorded clip and live feed.
- The operator makes a decision via triage whether they are required to escalate to one of our residential patrol officers (please note if it operates within your area), or call blue-light services.
- You or your nominated contact is informed (we can tailor an escalation process to your needs).
